A good dental health routine can keep your teeth clean and healthy for a lifetime. It’s important to brush and floss daily, but it’s also crucial to practice good dental care routines everyday.
📌Brushing and flossing are the best tools for keeping your teeth clean and healthy. They remove bacteria that cause cavities, gingivitis and other oral infections. If you don’t brush regularly, you’ll get more plaque build-up on your teeth. Plaque is a sticky substance that forms on the tooth surface when bacteria from your mouth gets stuck on the surface of your teeth. Over time, plaque hardens into tartar, which is similar to gunk in your sink drain except that it’s harder to rinse away with water or toothpaste. This buildup of plaque causes gum disease (calculus) which can lead to tooth decay and even loss of permanent teeth if left untreated.
So it’s important to practice good dental care routines everyday because they help prevent these issues before they start!
